Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal person for this job will possess the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and provide administrative and clerical support to ensure daily operations are maintained effectively and efficient.

Essential Job Functions
- Manage day-to-day work load and prioritize task in a fast-paced environment
- Provide assistance with new hire interview package, on-boarding, paperwork, employment verification, training and observation.
- Assist in security badging and Custom Seal application, coordinate completion and submission of required applications.
- Follow and apply security compliance procedures
- Provide confidential administrative support to supervisor.
- Monitor, review and update time cards as needed for payroll.
- Maintain and update SOP, I-9 binders and employee personnel files.
- Maintain accurate vacation tracking and issuance of Uniforms.
- Provide timely accumulation of all observation reports including CCTV.
- Practice professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Operations Support (4 hours on the floor ops)
- Monitor and oversee cart searches and seal application processes.
- Support seal monitoring activities for compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor IVP tracker.
- Maintain and monitor work schedules.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Valid identification / legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, speak English as necessary for safe and efficient operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of SIDA badge requirements and airport security procedures preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check process in compliance with federal and regulatory guidelines.
- Must pass-pre employment drug test.
- Ability to work in a 24 hour, 7 day a week shift environment.
- Excellent time management, strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and federal, state and local standards.
- Ability to multitask an prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
