HIRING
Fine dining establishment in Old Town Alexandria is seeking full or part time servers to work in a fast paced, family owned, live music concept. Open availability is a plus; please be available to work nights, weekends, Sunday availability a plus..
Experience is not required but is preferred. Please have at least six months employment in a customer facing industry to be considered for the position; we will train you on our procedures and steps of service.
After a trial period of one month, experienced servers can expect to make $100-300 each night shift on average, $250-400 on weekends. You determine how much money you make; good servers will distinguish themselves quickly.

· Give great recommendations regarding our selection of liquor, beer and wine from knowledge base and continuing education
· Be polite, friendly and effective to our guests and coworkers, working as a team and an individual
· Be the face of our restaurant and create regular guests every day
