Our financial services client is hiring a Tier 1 Help Desk Representative to support their team in Fairfax, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshooting for on-prem and cloud-based Windows Servers, 2012 and newer
- Assist in maintaining current systems and propose new methods for managing and optimizing these systems.
- Work with vendors to install and support internet circuits, networking equipment and A/V systems.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of IT help desk experience supporting Windows desktops and Microsoft Office 365
- Must have any CompTIA Certification
