POSITION TITLE: Service Technician & Warehouse Lead
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

OVERVIEW:
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on hoist equipment. Additionally, you will assist in managing the warehouse and fleet operations, overseeing logistics, and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth operations. Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Service & Maintenance:

- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, teardown, repair, reassembly, and testing on suspended access equipment and related accessories.
- Diagnose errors and technical problems, determining and implementing proper solutions.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and complex mechanical repairs under the direction of a supervisor or service center lead.
- Provide on-site customer service and support via phone and email.
- Complete all required training and certification for equipment maintenance (training provided).
Warehouse & Fleet Management:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material handling, storage, and distribution.
- Coordinate and manage the maintenance of the equipment fleet and warehouse inventory.
- Forklift use is required.
- Delivery of equipment is required as needed.
- Supervise the warehouse to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure safe storage, cataloging, and security of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment.
Logistics & Coordination:

- Collaborate with logistics managers to optimize space utilization and streamline warehouse processes.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly received, stored, and dispatched.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth delivery and service operations for customer requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in verbal and written English required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with swing stage, rigging, scaffolding is a plus
- Forklift experience is preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Software
- Knowledge of warehouse management and fleet operations is a plus
- High level verbal and written communication skills required
- Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (or commitment to obtain it) is required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
JOB DEMANDS
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate uneven terrain for extended periods of time
- Occasional crouching, bending, and kneeling as needed
- Capacity to lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds
