What is Hot Pot? Hot pot is an Asian cooking method, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table, containing a variety of East Asian foods and ingredients.
Korean barbecue known locally as (고기구이) gogi-gui, “Meat Roast”, refers to the Korean cuisine method of grilling meat such as beef, chicken or pork, that you prepare yourself at your table. Our menu offers an extensive selection of fresh quality meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables for Hot Pot and BBQ experience.
OVERVIEW
A restaurant server takes orders, answers questions about the menu and food, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.
Assistant Manager-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full Operational Oversight: Hold full P&L accountability, manage prime cost control (food, labor, purchasing), inventory, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Team Leadership & Staffing: Lead hiring, staffing to required levels, corrective actions, and integrated company initiatives across teams.
- Standards & Procedures: Maintain expert knowledge of brand standards, plate presentation, recipe adherence, and overall operational procedures.
- Customer & Floor Management: Oversee floor operations, shift management, labor cuts, and engage with customers to ensure exceptional service.
- Facilities & Special Projects: Conduct operational audits, resolve facilities issues, and manage weekly special projects.
- Core Qualifications
- Restaurant & Bar Management Experience: 1+ years leading full-service restaurant operations and bartending, with a hands-on approach to service and team supervision.
- Certified Food Safety: Holds a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Tech-Savvy Operations: Proficient in POS systems, scheduling software, inventory/purchasing platforms, streamlining daily operations.
- Professional Communication: Demonstrates clear, high-level communication skills to effectively lead teams and enhance guest satisfaction.

Server-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary job function is to ensure guest satisfaction, by providing quality customer service throughout the dining experience
- Menu knowledge should be extensive. Awareness and ability to describe all food, drink, and special menu items
- Should possess the ability to multi-task and be aware of several tables progression through the dining experience
- Be a team player, assisting other team members whenever needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Bartender-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary job function is to ensure guest satisfaction, by providing quality customer service throughout the dining/bar experience. Will need to interact verbally with guests to create an upbeat and friendly atmosphere.
- Menu/Liquor knowledge should be extensive. Awareness and ability to describe all food, drink, and special menu items.
- Relaying orders to service bar and the kitchen via POS computer terminal.
- Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized bar area throughout the shift.
- Should possess the ability to multi-task and be aware of several rail guests progression through the dining/bar experience
- Cash handling: closing out of all rail checks in an orderly and timely fashion. Providing the guest with accurate and complete change, coupled with a sincere “Thank You,” and invitation to return
- Ability to lift boxes, occasionally up to 25lbs. May be required to remain stationary for long periods of time, while repetitively bending, stopping, reaching or other repetitive movements. Hands will be immersed in water often, during the shift
- Breaking down of the bar at the end of the evening, including any daily cleaning tasks, to be checked out with a manager upon completion. May be required to perform other related duties, as assigned .
Host-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide patrons with accurate wait times
- Seat guests, provide them with menus and take drink orders
- Answer guest questions
- Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks
- Observe tables and take note of occupied, dirty or clean tables
- Clean and organize the front-of-house
Busser-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assembling and cleaning of busser carts for service along with preparation of necessary.a
- Ensure that there are sufficient grills in the dining area for use throughout the service.
- Teamwork is essential to a smooth operating work environment. Assisting servers in maintaining sections throughout the shift. Assisting bartenders in maintaining/stocking the bar area throughout the shift.
- Should possess the ability to multi-task and be aware of several tables progression through the dining experience. Initiating breakdown of table within 3 minutes of guest departure.
- Providing all departing guests with a sincere “Thank You” and invitation to return to K-Pot. If a guest relays that an issue was present during their experience, get a manager immediately.
- Ability to lift boxes occasionally up to 25lbs. Standing on one’s feet in a fast paced environment for a period of approximately 4 hours or longer.
- Bathroom checks at least once per hour with corresponding checklist in use. Any issues rectified immediately, or brought to the manager’s attention.
- At the end of the shift, the dining room is broken down and reset for the next day’s service, including all floor mopped, mats washed in kitchen utility sink area, bathrooms brought to standard, exterior menu boards brought into foyer area and all busser carts cleaned.
- Maybe asked to perform other related tasks or duties as deemed necessary.
Runner-RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary job functions include loading food onto the runner’s cart, double checking orders, running food out from kitchen to customer, making sure customers receive accurate food
- Menu knowledge should be extensive. Awareness and ability to describe all food, drink, and special menu items, if asked by a guest
- Attention to detail and organization skills to ensure the correct food orders are matched to the correct guest
- Cleaning and refilling all food plates, bowls, and utensils
- Ability to lift boxes occasionally up to 25lbs. Standing on one’s feet in a fast paced environment for a period of approximately 4 hours or longer
- At the end of the shift, the dining room is broken down and reset for the next day’s service, including all busser carts, soup trays, kitchen tools, and garbage pails cleaned/lined
- Maybe asked to perform other related tasks or duties as deemed necessary
Dishwasher-Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Support catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with a restaurant group is a plus!
- Minimum - No prior restaurant experience is necessary
- Preferred - 1+ years prior restaurant experience
