- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- Relay food and beverage orders
- Have full knowledge of all food and drink menus
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
- Problem solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person
- Establish a friendly professional rapport with the guest
- Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course
- Maintain a clean working environment
