Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer preferences and company standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, grills, and ovens
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Utilize basic math skills for cash register transactions
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy
