AlphaOmega Properties, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician – Inspections Coordinator / Construction Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all city and housing program inspections. The ideal candidate must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be proficient in using both power and manual tools.
In addition, the candidate will assist with coordinating small construction projects as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC systems and basic home repairs.
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Section 8 inspections a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
