We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with manufacturing, assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining workplace safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, package, and label products according to company specifications
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials when required
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Pay: $23.70 - $28.60 per hour
