We currently seek applicants for the position of Employment Specialist working in St. Mary's County. Office location is in Hollywood, Maryland. The selected candidate will implement employment support services to clients who are diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and/or psychiatric illness. Responsibilities include working with individuals to develop job search and interview skills, promoting career decision-making, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with various community employers and service providers.

Minimum requirements include a High School diploma and relevant experience in the Human Services field. Preference will be given to applicants with AA/B.A. degrees. Applicants must also possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier.
