About Us
Keener Management is a family-owned real estate development company specializing in managing multifamily properties. We currently own and manage over 2,000 apartments across 18 communities. We're built on three core values:
Quality — We maintain our buildings to the highest standards, investing in properties where residents are proud to live.
Service — Our 80+ team members genuinely care about creating a great living experience. From maintenance to management, we're here to support our residents every day.
Integrity — We do things the right way, treating residents and colleagues as we'd like to be treated.
Our goal is simple: create wonderful homes where residents feel valued and heard.
