With a strong commitment to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Entry-Level Property Manager to join our team. Job Summary: As an Entry-Level Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential communities. You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction, efficient property maintenance, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills in property management.
Responsibilities:
Resident Relations:Assist in maintaining positive relationships with residents by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner via email, phone and in person.
Act as a point of contact for resident complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Leasing and Marketing:Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants, from the first contact, through the property tour, and afterwards.
Be friendly and courteous.
Maintain online listings and monitor advertising platforms.
Maintain accurate records of rental applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
Property Maintenance:Assist in coordinating maintenance requests and work orders to ensure prompt resolution.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and coordinating vendor relationships.
Administrative Duties:Assist with maintaining accurate resident records, including lease agreements, rent payments, and communication logs.
Support the Property Manager with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree required.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
