Summary
The ideal Bartender candidate must have previous food service and cocktail experience within a similar role and have a hands on approach, be an excellent communicator, ensure customers are served promptly & courteously, and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
Essential Functions

Create, mix and serve beverages to our clients, presenting a friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages.

Process cash and credit card payments.

Maintain and replace bar stock as needed.

Ensure patrons are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol. Monitor guest's alcohol intake and prohibit alcohol service to intoxicated guests.

Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils.

Comply with federal, state, local, and all legislative and licensing requirements.
Qualifications

1-year previous bartending experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment management in bar service required.

Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proactive in problem solving.

Flexible with varying schedules to reflect the business needs.

Must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.

Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull stock, chairs, tables up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
