We are actively seeking talent for Union Maintenance Technicians/Building Engineers.
- Maintain & Repair Building Systems: Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Support Operations & Compliance: Assist with equipment installation, review work orders, estimate time and materials, track completion, and verify systems meet energy efficiency, safety, and code requirements.
- Follow Standard Procedures & Team Processes: Complete assigned tasks by following defined routines and guidelines, use established procedures to resolve routine issues, and communicate clearly while working under supervision.

What You’ll Need:
- Work Authorization & Certifications: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and hold a Universal CFC certification.
- Education, Experience & Technical Skills: High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination), working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to follow standard work routines using established procedures.
- Physical & Professional Capabilities: Ability to meet physical job requirements, communicate clearly, stay organized with an inquisitive mindset, and perform tasks in accordance with safety standards and applicable labor agreements.
