We have successfully worked in urban, suburban, and rural settings in two countries, 19 states and internationally. We are seeking passionate and strategic Campaign Canvass Management team members to lead our canvassing efforts and engage our community in meaningful conversations

Overview: Provide a wide range of administrative and office support functions to assist departments, managers, and supervisors, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
Greet and assist visitors and staff.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
Retrieve and organize documents as needed.
Handle information requests and provide data support.
Address administrative inquiries and resolve routine issues.
Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.
Prepare meeting agendas and related materials.
Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
Monitor and maintain office supply inventories.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment.
Maintain and update internal records such as staff lists, employee profiles, telephone directories, parking logs, and petty cash records.

Education and Experience

Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, etc.).
Understanding of clerical and administrative procedures, including filing and recordkeeping.
Basic knowledge of office management principles and practices.
Must have a Laptop (NO CHROMEBOOKS)

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
