Lighthouse Title is looking for an individual to serve and grow as our Hospitality and Experience Manager to be based out of our California, MD Office (St. Mary’s County, Maryland).
For this position, we are looking for someone that has a strong communication skills and that is goal-oriented and kind. This position is designed to be one where prior experience in the hospitality industry is a significant plus. Prior experience in other industries where balancing customer and other stakeholder experiences with active communication (such as health care, education, or any other industry) can also be a significant plus.
In this position, if hired, you will be responsible for developing and growing an approach and strategy for ensuring that the experiences of our customers is a very positive one before, on, and after real estate settlement day. Whether designing and procuring special settlement experiences or helping engineer our office space for customer comfort, this position is one where the customer experience is in the forefront of your daily role. Additionally, this position is designed to be one where learning about all aspects of the title process is a foundational part of a daily role and will be a springboard into all areas of the real estate title process.

Ability to procure a Maryland Title Insurance Producer License and Maryland notary is required. Higher Education past high school is strongly preferred.
