We are a well-established healthcare management company seeking a Administrative Assistant professional who genuinely enjoys administrative work and patient interaction. Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing phone calls professionally
- Scheduling appointments and confirming patients
- Front desk check-in / check-out
- Managing basic administrative tasks (paperwork, scanning, communication)
- Write income allocation reports as part of the payroll process.
- Create spreadsheets according to office needs, assist in the development of business reports and marketing strategies.
- Supporting the office with additional admin duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum associate degree required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a structured office environment
- Applicants who live in or near Washington, DC are strongly preferred for commute reliability.
