About Night Shift
Night Shift is Baltimore’s premier adult entertainment club, featuring upscale service, nightly performances, and a vibrant late-night atmosphere. As a bartender at Night Shift, you'll be part of an experienced hospitality team serving a diverse clientele in a high-energy, adult-oriented environment.
This is a 21+ establishment, and all applicants must be 21 or older to apply.
Our current hours are 8 PM – 2 AM, but starting in early November, we’ll be open from 12 PM – 2 AM, and we’re hiring for both daytime and nighttime shifts.

Full Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and recipes
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, engaging service
- Take and enter food and drink orders using our POS system
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar before, during, and after each shift
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Open and close the bar, including setup and breakdown duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Help promote club events and specials through personal or social media (when applicable)
- Ensure every guest enjoys a safe, positive experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
About You
- 21+ years of age (Required by law)
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced bar, lounge, or club
- Comfortable working in an adult entertainment environment
- Professional, personable, and able to manage high guest volumes with ease
- Accurate and consistent pours – confident in making shots, standard drinks, and craft cocktails with speed and precision
- Strong personal network – ideally, you bring a following of regulars or patrons who enjoy visiting you at work
- Active on social media and open to sharing club events and specials
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable wearing club-appropriate attire
Education & Certifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or alcohol awareness training (preferred but not required)
- Food handler certification (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the entire 7+ hour shift
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., cases, supplies)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, loud, and dynamic environment
Pay
- Starting base wage: $3.63/hour + tips
- This position meets all Maryland wage requirements for tipped employees
