Now Hiring: Experienced Event & After-Hours Bartenders

We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and customer-focused bar staff to join our team for after-hours shifts and special events. This role is perfect for bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and take pride in delivering excellent service as part of a collaborative team.

Position Overview

As an Event & After-Hours Bartender, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beverage service during our After-Hours service, evening events, private functions, and public programming. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished, and enjoyable experience for guests.

This is a hospitality-forward role rooted in a “one team” mindset. While bartenders are primarily responsible for bar service and event execution, all front-of-house team members are expected to remain engaged in the overall flow of service and support fellow team members as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities Include

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
Providing friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
Engaging with guests in a warm and approachable manner
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Handling cash and POS transactions accurately
Knowing our current food menu and associated allergens
Assisting with room and bar setup and breakdown before and after events
Working collaboratively with event staff, management, and fellow bartenders
Remaining attentive to the overall front-of-house environment and stepping in to support team needs during peak service moments when appropriate

Requirements

Prior bartending experience is required
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and basic mixology
Comfortable working evenings, nights, and occasional weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in busy environments
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies as needed
Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
Willingness to work as part of a flexible, service-oriented team where responsibilities may shift based on guest flow and business needs
