We are a fast-paced, growing Integrative Medical Office seeking an outgoing, organized, and articulate individual with a passion for health and wellness to join our team as a Case Manager Assistant.

This role supports the Case Manager in guiding prospective patients through the care process and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry to scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Case Manager with patient communication and follow-up
Support the patient onboarding process and help guide individuals through next steps in care
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective patients
Schedule new patient appointments and manage related coordination
Track, record, and help analyze office statistics and performance metrics

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Comfortable working with numbers, basic math, and memorizing key information
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Full time position with health benefits after 60 days.
