A leading entertainment and hospitality venue is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support overall business operations, including event execution, facility management, and staff scheduling.
Drive revenue through event bookings, rentals, and food and beverage sales.
Assist in hiring, training, and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain high service and hospitality standards to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and contribute to local marketing initiatives.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of management experience in golf, hospitality, entertainment, or a similar industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the venue for extended periods.
Required certifications or licenses based on location regulations.
