Fabrication Techs are responsible for all day-to-day in-house production. They are to directly support the Production Manager by completing assigned task and making production goals, while assisting with quality control. Additionally, they are to help provide tool and shop equipment maintenance and keep maintain detailed records of daily operations. Applicants must be able to work in areas exposed to constant loud noises, temps ranging between 0-100 degrees, and be able to lift 50lbs and be on their feet 50% of day or more.
What You’ll Do as a Fabrication Technician – Entry Level (Data Center Construction)
- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of components for production and installation
- Learn how to read basic drawings and follow step-by-step instructions
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Stage and organize materials for upcoming projects
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety-compliant
- Occasionally assist with moving materials or light deliveries
What We’re Looking For in a Entry-Level Fabrication Technician
- Previous experience in fabrication, construction, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus - but not required
- Comfortable using hand tools and eager to learn new skills
- Know how to read a tape measurer
- Reliable, motivated, and works well as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license required
- Able Pass a background check going back 7 years
- Able to pass a drug screening including marijuana
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule & Pay for Fabrication Technician – Entry Level (Data Center Construction)
- 5 days a week, 2 days off 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (overtime available)
- Full-time, on-site role
