POSITIONS AVAILABLE
We're hiring for multiple positions. Review all positions below and apply for the one that best matches your experience:
FRONT OF HOUSE / CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pay: $16-18/hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate POS system, take orders, pass out food to customers
- Engage with customers and maintain front-of-house areas
- Process card transactions (no cash accepted)
- Portion sauces and condiments
- Prepare drinks and milkshakes during busy periods
- Support kitchen during high-volume rushes
- Cross-train on waffles and drink station as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask between FOH and light food prep
KITCHEN / LINE COOK
Pay: $17-19/hour
Responsibilities:
- Work grill, fryer, all stations, and prep
- Prepare milkshakes and beverages
- Receive and stock shipments (must lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Rotate through all kitchen stations as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements:
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Comfortable working all stations independently
KITCHEN MANAGER / OPERATIONS LEAD
Pay: $20-22/hour
Responsibilities:
- Run daily operations for kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Work the line while managing the team
- Create and post staff schedules
- Manage inventory and place supply orders
- Coordinate and execute catering orders
- Train and develop staff
- Handle operational issues independently (equipment, customer service, staff conflicts)
- Execute new menu items (culinary skills required)
- Receive shipments and maintain stock levels
- Report to owner on sales, issues, and performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years kitchen management or shift lead experience
- ServSafe Food Manager certification required
- Strong culinary skills and ability to execute new recipes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage operations independently
- Ability to manage both kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Strong decision-making skills and ownership mentality
ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE:
- 2+ years restaurant experience (management experience for Kitchen Manager)
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability preferred
- Excellent attendance (we maintain a strict attendance policy)
- Ability to work independently
- Professional references from restaurant industry
HOURS:
7 days per week, 7:30am-11:30pm (various shifts)
