Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of pastries, desserts, doughs, fillings, and glazes
- Follow standardized recipes and instructions from the Pastry Chef
- Measure, mix, and prep ingredients accurately
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and tools
- Help with decorating and finishing pastries to brand standards
- Assist with the plating and packaging of products for display or sale
- Monitor product quality and report any inconsistencies or issues
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies
- Support with inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed

- Participate in daily prep, cleaning, and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or culinary school (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of baking and pastry techniques
- Ability to follow directions, work neatly, and maintain a clean work area
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

- Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain)
