Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is hiring an Ice Cream Crew Leader (Shift Leader) to help lead our team and deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the team during shifts and keep operations running smoothly
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest needs professionally
- Train and support team members during rushes
- Ensure product quality, speed, and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties and basic cash handling
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of leadership or shift lead experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
