Job Title: Banquet Bartender
Reports To: Director of Events / Director of Catering
Position Description: Provide exceptional bar service to members and guests during club functions, sporting events, and private parties. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.Your attention to detail and exceptional service skills will be essential in this role. The position is part-time, with an hourly rate between $19.00 – $ 25.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Set-up of bars at beginning of shift

Mix and serve drinks to order

Maintain alcohol certification

Prepare drinks for waiter/waitress to serve to members and guests

Responsible for alerting supervisor to potential problems with underage drinking or over consumption of alcohol

Address members and guests with friendly and courteous attitudes at all times

Maintain bars cleanliness throughout function

Responsible for the safe return of all liquor, wine, beer, etc., to Liquor Room

Responsible for cleaning and break down of portable bars
-
Perform any and all other tasks as assigned by supervisor
