- Follow standard drink recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Garnish drinks properly (lemon, lime, olives, etc.).2. Customer Service
- Greet customers at the bar in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink and sometimes food orders.
- Recommend drinks and answer questions about the menu.
- Ensure guests have a positive experience.
3. Handle Payments
- Process cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Open and close customer tabs.
- Provide receipts and correct change.
4. Maintain Bar Inventory
- Check and restock liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Rotate stock and ensure freshness.
5. Clean and Maintain the Bar
- Wash glasses, bar tools, and equipment.
- Keep the bar counter, shelves, and floors clean.
- Follow sanitation and health standards.
