Position Objective:
Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security facilities, is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe and orderly facilities for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Clean buildings and perform routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floorsGather and dispose of trash.
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
- Dust furniture and clean windows.
- Mix cleaning solutions and follow health and safety protocols.
- Polish furniture, shampoo carpets and monitor supply inventory.
- Notify management of necessary repairs.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Qualifications:
- An active Top Secret Security Clearance or higher - REQUIRED
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand, bend and lift heavy objects while operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Wage Details: Pay range: $28.50 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: 6 am to 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
