Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to support both office operations and shop activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Provide general administrative support, including phones, filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with inventory, materials distribution, and basic shop tasks
- Maintain organized office and shop spaces
- Enter and file service records and tickets
- Follow company and OSHA safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
