Important: This role is a working manager position. Managers bartend full shifts while leading the team.
This position is best suited for experienced bartenders ready to take on leadership responsibility. It is not a traditional floor manager role and is generally not the right fit for candidates with extensive restaurant management experience who are looking for a management-only position

What we offer:
- Managers currently in this position are earning $70k - $80k per year, including tips, working only 4-5 days per week.
- Managers will never work a closing shift and be scheduled before 2pm the following day. Ever.

What you’ll be doing:
This is best described as a cross-position between management and bartending. Managers lead their team while working alongside them, bartending and serving guests.
Managers are responsible for all managerial tasks associated with operating a restaurant, including:
- Opening/closing the pub
- Overseeing all aspects of a bar/restaurant, including lights, music, temperature, TV programming, and overall atmosphere.
- Calculating sales
- Tracking payroll
- Counting inventory and doing orders
- Handling repair and maintenance issues that arise on the shift
- Supervising and motivating bar staff, door staff, and kitchen staff to achieve the highest service levels in the business
- Solving customer complaints and issues
What we need:

- Experience working as a bartender, manager, or other position in a fast-paced food service environment
- Bartending experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to multitask while supervising and motivating a team
- The ability to listen effectively, process information quickly, and ensure that standards of quality and customer service are met consistently.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
