Since 1972, The Corner Stable has been a Baltimore tradition, known for our fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, jumbo lump crab cakes, and warm hospitality. With over 50 years of serving our community, we take pride in scratch cooking, consistency, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
We’re currently looking for motivated Line Cooks to join our team and carry on our tradition of quality food and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items to recipe standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and quality of each dish
- Assist with prep work and daily kitchen tasks
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Weekend availability required (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
