Overview
Grazie Nonna (and Grazie Mille) are looking for great Bartenders, to join our dynamic team. Your energy and passion will create memorable experiences for guests. In this role, you will showcase your guest service and drink making skills in a fun & fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with accuracy and penache
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience
- Operate POS system (Toast) efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations during serving and food handling
- Manage multiple parties and service bar stations effectively through excellent time management and organizational skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic retail math calculations
Requirements
- Previous restaurant / bar experience
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a vibrant hospitality environment

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
