Perform OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
Implement and adjust therapeutic activities to address functional goals
Monitor progress, document outcomes, and revise plans as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team (PT, nursing, social work)
Maintain safety, infection control, and patient-centered care standards
Document accurately in charting and communicate progress with families and care teams

Requirements

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential and ability to practice in Maryland or eligibility to obtain licensure
Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed 35 hours per week
Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting and follow established care plans
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Demonstrated reliability and ability to adhere to regulatory and documentation requirements
