Herrington on the Bay is from scratch locally driven wedding venue, dedicated to providing a memorable upscale experience while also lessening our environmental footprint. As a bartender at our premier venues you will be providing guests with unique mixology forward cocktails as well as classic favorites. The experience and the locations will be unique to every wedding with only one thing in common at every event, impeccable service.
As a bartender crew you will be responsible for
· Set up and breakdown of your event bars
· Creating mixed drinks/classic cocktails and pouring beer/wine for guests
· Guiding guests through the Herrington bar experience
· Remaining clean and organized with an always presentable station
· Before and after event prep and paperwork
Requirements
· Cleanliness and organization, you are a representation of the company at all times
· Hospitality driven with a forward thinking attitude
· Previous experience with high volume bars
· Able to work longer shifts, late nights, and weekends
· Reliable transportation
· Ability to stay dry during shifts.
· Light problem solving w/ understanding of when to involve management
· Guest responsibility, we want everyone to have the best time, so there will be the occasional cut off
