What You’ll Do
- Support daily front-of-house operations
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team
- Ensure an exceptional, high-touch guest experience
- Maintain strong floor presence during service
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Uphold service standards, flow, and overall vibe
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years in hospitality management
- Experience in upscale dining or nightlife preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality
- Available nights & weekends
