About Us:
We’re Preferred Staging, a nationally recognized, award-winning home staging company, specializing in creating stunning spaces for the luxury real estate market. We help homes sell quickly and for top dollar through beautiful and strategic staging across the Washington DC metro area.
Position Overview:
As our Warehouse & Staging Operations Assistant, you’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team that’s passionate about making homes look amazing. This is a hands-on, active role that combines warehouse coordination with staging support.
No two days are exactly alike. You’ll be involved in both the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our warehouse running smoothly and the on-site work that brings homes to life.
A large portion of this role involves working independently in the warehouse, so it’s important that you are comfortable working on your own, staying focused, and managing tasks without constant direction.
You’ll oversee professional movers, assist with stagings and destagings, and play a key role in keeping our operations organized and efficient.
On-the-job training is provided, and the position includes a 60-day probationary period to assess performance and fit within the company.
