Lily’s Chocolate & Coffee is growing and we’re looking for experienced Baristas, Cashiers, and Kitchen Helpers to join our team.
We’re a fast-paced café, so we’re looking for reliable, positive individuals who enjoy working with customers and being part of a strong team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, drinks, and desserts with consistency and quality
- Take orders and operate POS system accurately
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with kitchen prep and support daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Handle cash and close registers properly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Weekend availability preferred
