Poolside Bartender – Seasonal (Summer)

From frozen favorites and summer classics to member-favorite cocktails, you’ll bring energy, precision, and personality to every pour while helping create an unforgettable experience for our members and their guests.
Our ideal candidate is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about hospitality, consistently upholding the Club’s service standards while exceeding member expectations.
- May – September
- 20–30 hours per week (up to 40 during peak periods)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Pool Bar Hours:
- Sunday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling based on weather, pool events, and member volume
What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to members and guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Follow responsible alcohol service and Club policies
- Work collaboratively with the pool and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless service
- Help create a fun, welcoming poolside atmosphere
What You Bring
- Must be 21 years or older
- Bartending experience preferred (1+ year)
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a busy pool environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Opportunity for part-time employment after the season may be available
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
