This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong presence on the floor during service. What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Support P&L management with the GM - weekly tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain a strong and visible presence on the floor, leading by example and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH teams, fostering a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and overall shift execution
- Manage reservations flow, pacing, and table management to optimize service and drive revenue
- Collaborate closely with BOH leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls to support financial performance
- Provide thoughtful table touches and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role (Assistant General Manager or similar) in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including labor, scheduling, and cost controls
- Experience with POS and scheduling systems (e.g., Toast or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Schedule & Availability
- The restaurant is closed for lunch service
- Dinner service: Wednesday – Sunday
- Brunch service: Saturday & Sunday
- Weekend availability is required
