Position Summary
We are seeking a polished, energetic, and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our service team. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including resetting tables
- Support service flow by clearing and polishing glassware, flatware, and plates
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Anticipate guest needs and assist in delivering a seamless dining experience
- Uphold all service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and team-first mentality
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
