Salary: $3,000 ‒ $10,000 per month (Base + Uncapped Commission) - 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Occasional Saturdays/Sundays

Duties
- Leads provided — no cold prospecting required
- Introduce small business owners to energy efficiency upgrades
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to customer service and relationship building
- Learn advanced communication and negotiation techniques through hands-on coaching
- Willingness to learn technical sales concepts related to products or services offered.
- Prior retail sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
