Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information on promotions and sales.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed.
Supervise and train new associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Utilize POS systems effectively for processing transactions.
Communicate clearly with team members and management to enhance store operations.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to supervise others effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
