Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes with precision, showcasing excellent knife skills and food handling techniques
- Support food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, plating, and garnishing dishes for service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery during busy hours
- Assist with catering orders and special events, delivering quality meals in a timely mannerRequirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or culinary settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a fine dining or similar environment
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques
