We are an independently, family owned neighborhood restaurant in a beautiful setting on the water in Reston, VA. It's time for us to hire another bartender to help carry the load. We have 2 patios that are always full when the weather is warm and often when it's chilly too. You can be proud of the food coming out of our open kitchen with a view of the lake. Please be reliable with a strong work ethic. The money is very good and the staff has been together for a long time so there's a funny family atmosphere.
We are in need of a strong Bartender/Server who can run a bar on a busy shift. It is mandatory that you have Sunday and Monday availability for this position as these will be your main days working, plus a full schedule that can be flexible. Sunday and Monday are mandatory. This candidate should be high energy, outgoing/bubbly, and a strong knowledge of what it takes to run a successful bar shift. We are a neighborhood restaurant and so its extremely important to us to be a NEIGHBOR and not just a great restaurant!
