Kitchen Duties
- Maintain an in depth knowledge of menus and be able to list possible allergens
- Arrive on time and ready to start work properly attired
- Maintain a clean uniform
- Maintain a clean and organized work space at all times
- Maintain consistent quality of food prepared
- Monitor food safety and quality-- uphold our standards at all times
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to work 1-2 stations in a kitchen including: sauté, fryer, expo, and/or grill
Minimum Requirements:
- be 21 years of age
- 3 years of kitchen experience or a culinary degree
- must be able to work at least 4 shifts per week
- all employees are required to work nights, weekends, & holidays
