Duties
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation to ensure variety and nutritional balance
- Prepare food items according to established recipes, standards, and safety guidelines

- Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Support catering events by preparing and presenting food offerings with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide preferred but not required
- Strong background in food handling, food safety, and kitchen procedures
- Experience with menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of knife skills and meal assembly for diverse dietary needs
- Familiarity with food industry standards related to catering, serving, and restaurant operations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
