Candidate will be responsible for employees assigned to several accounts in the DC Metropolitan area. We are looking for a leader with management experience who will ensure standards are being met. Able to train and communicate with our staff.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Interviewing, hiring and training new employees, including preparing paperwork for employee to complete, verifying that the forms are correct to turn into main office in a timely manner.

2. Overseeing all employees to ensure all contractual obligations and hotel standards are met or exceeded. If an employee is lacking in the standards you must be able coach the employee on the problem areas. Reviewing expectations and going over company policies.

3. Develop and maintain excellent customer relations through customer meetings, inspections, oral and email communication

4. Must be able to learn and understand our computerized time and attendance software and compare hours to hotel schedule so that correct payroll data is sent to main office every week.

5. Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday. 5 day schedule varies every week based on demand.

6. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and be able to write clearly and comprehend written communications in both languages

7. Must have computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
