We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced(at least 1 year), high-energy Assistant GM to lead our team and deliver amazing guest experiences every day at Paisano's Crystal City.
SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager is responsible for all things that happen during the shift or while the GM is not in the store. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. All this resposibilities you'll be learning closely from our current GM.
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for day to day operations and supervising the crew and the work stations, and have thorough knowledge of Paisano's procedures for each position, and the business in general. Thorough knowledge and execution of Customer Service, Product Quality, Safety and Sanitation and Maintenance policies and procedures are crucial, as well as cash and people management. An Assistant Manager will learn everything a manager does, and with excellent execution there will be opportunities for advancement to a General Manager positon. Growth opportunity as well!!
All candidates must be ServSafe certified and have minimum of 1 year management experience.
