We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced(at least 2 years in managment)prefered, high-energy Assistant GM or Shift Lead to lead our team and deliver amazing guest experiences every day at Paisano's Crystal City.
JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Manager or Shift lead is responsible for all things that happen during the shift or while the GM is not in the store. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
As Assistant Manager you will also be responsible for supervising the crew and the work stations, and have thorough knowledge of Paisano's procedures , and the business in general. Thorough knowledge and execution of Customer Service, Product Quality, Safety and Sanitation and Maintenance policies and procedures are crucial, as well as cash and people management.
