Responsibilities
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee inventory management, control food costs, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen areas.
- Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver high-quality event catering services.
- Monitor food production processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments with strong culinary skills.
- Proven expreince with middle eastern and mediteranean cusines.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
- Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control, menu planning, and kitchen management systems.
