Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience through attentive service, effective communication, and a friendly demeanor.

Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout service.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with Toast is advantageous
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations.
- Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
